2. What are the plans available?

Silver: ₱688 per month for 5 years
Traditional Funeral Service with Casket

Gold: ₱888 per month for 5 years
Cremation then Urn Viewing

Diamond: ₱1,288 per month for 5 years
Casket Viewing then Cremation

3. What are the payment terms?

Spot Cash - pay as you need
Annual - pay every year
Semi-annual - pay every 6 months
Quarterly - pay every 3 months
Monthly - pay every month

6. How can I be sure that my money is safe and secure?

All pre-need companies are regulated under the Insurance Commission. NewLife Memorial Plan is required to deposit a part of the plan payment into a trust fund so that the company always has enough funds to provide funeral services to its planholders. The Actuarial Department of the Insurance Commission carefully checks the price of plans and its financial projections so that the company can operate without any financial problems.

7. What happens if the planholder/beneficiary gets deceased prior to full payment?

NewLife will arrange and provide the service indicated in the availed plan of the planholder/beneficiary upon his/her death. Credit life insurance shall provide coverage of the unpaid balance of the Gross Contract Price*.

* Gross Contract Price means the total price of the plan without any deductions. 

8. Can I change and choose to have the plan under someone else’s name?

Yes, you can. The plans are transferable so if you wish to let someone else have the plan, or if (knock on wood!) the plan is needed to be utilized by someone you know, that can be arranged.

9. Who can get a plan?

There’s really no limit on who can get a plan, especially when preparing for the unexpected. As long as you’re of legal age with a sound mind, you are qualified to get a plan.

10. How do I apply for a plan?

As the first online deathcare provider, you may apply for a plan as smoothly as possible here on our website.

11. What if I cannot pay for my plan due to unforeseen circumstances?

Unfortunately, the plan will lapse if you forget to pay within 60 days. However, you can still apply for reinstatement within 2 years. If you failed to apply for reinstatement within 2 years, your plan will be permanently inactive.

12. Are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and seafarers covered by the Free Life Insurance & Free Accidental Insurance that come together with the plan?

OFWs, including seafarers and soldiers, are included. All countries included.However:a. If the seaman or soldier dies while in the line of duty, he will only get Life Insurance benefits.b. If the seaman or soldier did not die while in the line of duty, he will get both Life Insurance and Accidental Insurance benefits.
